I think my teachers are obsessed with spheres

Not to long ago I worked on a project for class where, surprise; we made balls bounce in 3d. When working on this, I put 3 videos on my desktop, of three different balls. I used Photoshop to mark the frames and height of each ball. I then created 3 balls in Maya, each with different sizes. I then applied materials, textures and bump maps for each. I then applied the frames and height of each ball to my animation. I tried rendering each frame, but I couldn't figure it out so, what I could get is shown below.

Snow

I was recently working on a project where I had to make snowflakes. I made them with a tool that creates polygons. I then used that tool to make half of part of a snowflake, mirror it, and duplicated it to make it. I did this six times, with each having different designs. Then I made them 3d objects. After that I made each one soft and applied a bump map to each. I was going to make an animation out of it, but I ran out of time. My results are below.
